Poje’s rustic environment creates a beautiful setting for our culinary experience - dishes presented with a modern twist on traditional delicacies.
Poje’s cooking classes and dinners offer a window into Hvar's past, showcasing local stories, authentic recipes, and freshly harvested ingredients. Guests can pick produce from the organic garden and learn about traditional cuisine and regenerative practices. This ancient agricultural landscape has been cultivated continuously for over 24 centuries, dating back to the arrival of Greek settlers in 384 BC.
